We put special order for 7 hangers cost $400. The items we received wasn’t meet our requirements. We asked for slope for Seven hangers , no one has slope. We asked for one triple hanger, we got double hanger.We didn’t ask any wings, Seven hangers all come with wings. We can’t use those anywhere. Washago timber mart don’t give us refund because they are so called special orders. And we build almost whole house from them. Disappointing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went to pay for an order for my husband and they had it all ready to go. It was quick and easy, just wish I could have paid with my credit card over the phone instead of having to come in with my infant.
Was sent into this location by my husband with a sizable list of things to pick up this past weekend. I was greeted by very friendly staff who helped me find everything on the list very quickly. From the cashier, to the staff on the floor and the staff in the lumber yard, the service at the washago location is top notch. I'll visit this location first every time.?
Very good shop for lumber and building supplies. Staff are helpful and happy to help or give guidance for your purchases. The drive through lumber pickup is a huge bonus as the yard boys are great and very efficient. With Washago being twenty kms from everywhere, it really makes things easier.
I have been a customer here for more than 20 years and have watched this business grow. A great place to purchase cottage building supplies and other cottage accessories. I like it's convenient location and that it is open 7 days a week for most of the year. I am able to purchase most of my renovation materials in one stop.
